Coronavirus pause

As the coronavirus spreads across Europe, governments and businesses are taking steps to prevent another outbreak. We would like to inform you of the actions taken by couriers regarding the status of their delivery services

Our order pickers face the same limitations (childcare, leisure) as all of us face the virus. Delays in delivery and processing of your complaints are expected in the coming weeks.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Ma-peluche makes deliveries to the following geographical areas: EUROPE, CANADA, DOM TOM.

For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a second shipping confirmation email with the order tracking number.

During peak periods, it may take 72 hours or 3 business days to prepare orders.

Carrier choice and price may vary depending on weight, quantity, product availability and cart quantity, as well as shipping country.

DELIVERY COSTS

The delivery cost for an order below €40 is €3.90 and above this amount the delivery cost is waived. Our company reserves the right to change these fees for a short period of time or cancel them. This modification does not require any prevention towards the site’s customers.

Under no circumstances can a third party request reimbursement of delivery costs in effect at the time of purchase. Information on delivery costs is displayed at all times at the top of each page of the site, as well as in the order confirmation phase.

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To make a return, the item must be unused and in the same conditions in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

To make a return, it is necessary to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given: (if applicable)

*Any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Defective item(s)

If your order is delivered to you defective in whole or in part, you may be entitled to a refund or refund of the item(s) in question. To do this, send us a message to the following email address: “contact@ no of the store“, attaching proof of payment (for example, a screenshot of the confirmation email received at the time of ordering) and a photo of the items in question. Please indicate in the message if you would like the defective items are returned or refunded.

Cancellation of order (if applicable)

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel the order for any reason, send an email to “contact@ no of the store“.

The vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 24 hours; it is imperative that you contact us during this time, so that we can attempt to cancel the order before it is processed and/or shipped

No request to cancel the order can be considered if it has already been processed.

Replacement and good (if applicable)

1. Replace the item with a different size/color.

Changes are only available for the same size and/or color. Substitution with another product is absolutely not permitted. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

2. Reimbursement details and vouchers

By default, the repayment method is credit notes.

If you wish to receive a refund on the payment method used for the purchase, you must communicate this by email to “contact@ no of the store“. Orders exchanged or items returned/altered due to manufacturer defect will not incur a restocking fee. Tax will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded.

Only the final price paid will be refunded (after any discounts).

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. The Company will notify the Insured of its decision to approve or reject the claim.

If the request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.

Next, contact the company that manages your credit card, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially sent.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before the refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If in this case you wish to replace it with the same item, please send us an email to “contact@ no of the store

gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to the customer, the customer will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. Once you receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and deliver it to you later, we will issue a refund to those who gave the gift and we will know that you returned the item.

Shipping

Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable. If a refund is received, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from it.

Depending on location, the time required to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are sending an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee to receive the returned item.
